Whimsical, Staffordshire toy whistle in the form of a Capuchin monkey.In working, excellent condition. Ca. 1860's. 1 1/2" high and 1 5/8" wide.

This Royal Doulton, Doulton & Slater Patent vase is ca 1913 and in very fine condition.The decor appears to feature peonies. It is 11 1/2 tall and well marked with the number, "2726" and lower case initials "hn" which, I believe, stand for Harry Nixon. In addition there is another set of initials, "LB", which I assume is the artist's.I believe, the first photo has truer colors.
