This tiny petal shaped chamber stick is painted in Christmas colors of red and green. The paint shows wear appropriate to its age. It is made primarily of brass. The overall width is 2 1/4" and at its tallest point it is 3/4". A great accessory for a doll or a larger scale doll house. I believe it dates prior to the Second World War, although the work on the candle cup does resemble the style of the brass miniature candlesticks popular in the 1950's.

This Czech ornament dating probably from the 30's ( although Czech beaded ornaments came to the U.S. as early as the 1890's - see reference by George Johnson)is in the unusual shape of a baby pacifier. The condition is very good. The red glass ring with gold highlights is 1 7/8" in diameter and the rest from the hanging ring to the beaded base is 2" tall.

The tiniest, completely jointed, penny wooden doll I've ever had, lives in a red and gold painted egg. Most likely made in Germany for
the English market - as these dolls are traditional to England. The egg closed is 1 3/4" tall and 1" at its widest. The doll is 1" tall . The cavity in the egg that holds her, is 3/8" wide. All in wonderful condition(the second enlargement has some posing wax blocking the view of her foot - the foot is intact). Early 20th century.
