This toy is the 2 1/2" bisque figure of Disney's Piper Pig. It is marked "S384" and "c" in a circle(copyright) "WALT DISNEY" MADE IN JAPAN. Paint is in very good condition.Ca.1930's. See LFTR 166 for the WOLF.
Two bisque figures of Disney animation characters produced in Japan in the 1930's.Both marked. NO.1 is The Big Bad Wolf of "Three Little Pigs" fame. He is in lovely condition, 3 1/2" tall. NO.2 is Ferdinand and he has had a somewhat harder time of it. His left ear is repaired (quite cleanly) and his black paint has spots where it has rubbed away. About 3" tall.
