An official 1939 New York World's Fair souvenir hat. Orange and royal blue. The top of the cap part (orange) is lightly soiled and there is a tiny bit of wear on the rim of the band. Generally in very good condition.The hat when flat is about 11" long and 5" at the widest part. I have another that is not pictured. It has an orange border and a blue body - also $ 95.00. There is one discolored spot on one side of the orange band, otherwise in very good shape.

Two interesting commemoratives of the 1902 coronation of Edward VII and Alexandra. No.2 is a coffee cup(2 3/4") and saucer(5 1/2") and No.1 is an unusual enamel mug(3" across the top and 3 1/4" high). Both in good condition.

No.2 Arthur Wood mug ,embossed decor and figural lion handle with gold crown.3 3/4" tall, 3"across the top. No.3 Daintily scalloped bone china cup and saucer,both gold rimmed. Made by ROSINA. Saucer 5 3/4" diameter, cup 3 5/8" across the top. All three in excellent condition.

Commemorating the coronation of George VI and Queen Elizabeth in 1937: No.1 Handled china tumbler made by Melba Bone China and featuring a photo portrait of the royal family by Marcus Adams.The back has a crest incorporating the names of the 4 family members and the date. 4"tall, top diameter 3". No.2 Two decks of playing cards, unopened, in the original presentation box which features a 2" square brass plaque on the front. The two separate cards are blank on the backs and I believe were originally glued to the top of each cellophane wrapper. Both items in very good condition.

Beautifully detailed sterling souvenir spoon commemorating the LICK OBSERVATORY, SAN JOSE, CAL.The entire spoon is figural as the bowl and handle are in the shape of a miner's shovel and the top of the spoon is the miner's head, a pick and shovel and a pan containing gold ore.The reverse side of the spoon also shows excellent detail.It's marked "sterling" and has a maker's mark of an H in a pennant.Ca.1900. Very good condition. 4" long.

A most unusual form of souvenir cutlery. This mother-of-pearl handled cheese knife is a remembrance of Fort Marion, Florida.The maker and/or seller was Greenleaf & Crosby of Jacksonville, Florida. The silver ferrule shows Fort Marion, The Old City Gate and the Old Cathedral.This ca. 1900 knife measures 8 1/4".Condition is fine.

Hemstitched silk scarf is a great piece of political memorabilia from Benjamin Harrison's and Levi P. Morton's campaign for the White House.The three cornerstones of their platform are listed. Dated 1888. Condition is good. Showing some age yellowing and a tiny dot of wear in the silk.

Framed ribbon woven by Johnson,Cowdin & Co. New York, Patterson,N.J., Phoenixville, Pa. It pictures Theodore Roosevelt. It is a wonderful piece of memorabilia of his appearance at the St. Louis World's Fair in 1904. He opened the 1904 Olympics there. One of the strangest Olympics in the annals of Olympiana.In very good condition,archivally framed. Ribbon is 2 3/4" by 5 1/2"

In its original box, is a wooden spool of thread 4" in diameter and 3 1/2" tall that was sold at the Empire Exhibition in Glasgow in 1938. J&P Coats, the Paisley thread maker, was definitely a presence at the exhibition. The spool and the box are in very good condition.
