Lorenzy-Palanca was a company that was located in Marseilles,France and sold perfumes at the turn of the century and went bankrupt in 1930. The Peugeot 201 van was produced from 1929 to 1937. This then dates this charming promotional tin car to about 1930. While it has been described by some as a candy container-the top of the van lifts, it could also have held a perfume bottle - the ultimate packaging! The condition of the lithography and the tin is beautiful. It is 6 1/4" long and 3" high.

These cute little figural perfumes were sold at Woolworth in the early part of the 20th c. They are glass , blown in Germany. This group consists of a seated rabbit (2" long), an elephant (2 1/4" long) a soccer player (2" tall) and a clown (2" tall). SEE PHOTOS FOR DETAILS. Condition is very good

Stylized period deco perfume bottle for "Yvry" perfume. Of the period. See the reference book on commercial perfume bottles . The book has an advert. for this perfume.About 4 3/4" from the top of its ground glass stopper to the base. The base has molded into the glass the word "Yvry".Excellent condition.

French figural china liqueur container is marked"GARNIER FRANCE" with the number 99 impressed on the base. Very deco/moderne looking. It is the "groom", one of a group of miniature figural, P. Garnier, liqueur bottles know as "skittles".4 3/4" tall including cork.Very good condition.
