Very busy artist bunny striding forward(stepping over three mushrooms) to get on with the job of painting Easter eggs. He is wearing long trousers, a short jacket, a quilted vest, a scarf and eyeglasses. Under one paw is a palette. The other paw has a bucket containing paint brushes. The overall height of the mould is 8 1/2" and the maximum width is about 5".
There is a maker's mark,a hunting horn. It is the mark of Walter Hornlein. The numbers on the mold are 30 on both sides and 3013 on one side near the horn.The condition is very good - some rubbing on the metal finish on the outside of the mould.It is from the 1950s.
