| This late 19th c. china cup is titled "The Brownies".Underneath this title it says("Soccer"), The body of the cup is wonderfully decorated with the Brownies doing just that - playing soccer.The transfers are in excellent condition.There is one old little chip on the rim of the cup.The underside shows two Brownies teaching us the definition of a Brownie, "BROWNIES, ARE IMAGINARY LITTLE SPRITES, WHO DELIGHT IN HARMLESS PRANKS AND HELPFUL DEEDS. THEY WORK AND SPORT WHILE WEARY HOUSEHOLDS SLEEP AND NEVER ARE SEEN BY MORTAL EYES..." The cup has a 3" top diameter and is 3" tall. | ||||||
