| A very interesting steel sewing clamp marked "MADE IN GERMANY". It has a "bird beak" clip, with a graceful curved spring handle, to hold the fabric, a pincushion on a turned steel "crown", and a wooden spool mounted on a holder behind the clip to hold thread. The clamp screw handle has a pretty little heart cutout. I would say it dates from the 1920's - it has that early industrial look. Very nice condition. About 3 3/8" at the widest point and 6"+ at the height. | ||||||
